KYLE MEADOWS is an emerging singer/songwriter currently based in Pennsylvania. He has been playing guitar since he was 13 years old.

The thing about many artists is that they wait until they have access to great equipment to start putting their music out there. They wait until they can raise enough money to get a little recording studio time. Even if the studio is not the best, at least it’s a studio and they can produce something to start showcasing their music.

However, when an artist is only 15 or 16 years old, the odds of that happening are pretty small. So Kyle did something that most musicians would never even dream of.

He got the idea after reading an interview with Mark Linkous of Sparklehorse. In the interview, it was suggested that young artists may want to get an inexpensive (like $99) tape recorder, record their music and put it online. That’s how he got started.

But as a few years went by and resources became more readily available, he started taking things a little more seriously. He ended up releasing his first album in 2015.

He has spent the last several years honing and perfecting his songwriting craft. This track is from his 4th album ‘Full Time Fever’. It was just released at the end of April. It is available now.
