N.O.A.H releases highly anticipated new single “Sour Kiss”

N.O.A.H, the breakout Irish indie rock band, is set to captivate music enthusiasts with their highly anticipated new single “Sour Kiss.” The track, infused with their signature indie sound and introspective lyricism, showcases N.O.A.H’s evolution as a band and their unique creative vision. “Sour Kiss” is scheduled for release on July 7th and will be available on all major streaming platforms.

With “Sour Kiss,” N.O.A.H delves deeper into their musical journey, offering a compelling blend of haunting melodies, introspective lyricism, and indie-rock vibes. Produced once again by the Grammy-winning Ruadhri Cushnan, the track boasts an energetic tempo, infectious hooks, and mesmerizing surfer guitar riffs that underscore the band’s undeniable growth and artistic evolution.

“Sour Kiss” is a poignant and introspective exploration of a toxic relationship, delving into themes of deception, emotional pain, and the transient nature of happiness. The lyrics, accompanied by N.O.A.H’s captivating melodies and infectious energy, create an immersive sonic experience that resonates with listeners on a profound level.

Formed by lifelong friends Ryan Hill, Adam Rooney, and Ronan Hynes in January 2020, N.O.A.H emerged amidst the global pandemic, symbolizing a fresh beginning and the determination to make their voices heard. With their debut single, “Shine,” released in September 2020, N.O.A.H garnered significant attention from music critics and fans alike. They quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with, gaining airplay on prominent Irish radio stations and even recording an exclusive acoustic rendition of “Shine” for BBC5 Live’s Laura Whitmore.

Following their successful debut, N.O.A.H continued to make waves in the music scene. Their debut EP, “Echoes of the Night,” produced by Grammy-winning Ruadhri Cushnan, showcased their dynamic sound and garnered international acclaim, transcending genres and captivating listeners far and wide. The band solidified their presence in the UK music scene with regional radio play and a thrilling live performance on CBBC’s ‘Saturday Mashup.

N.O.A.H’s live performances have seen them support The Coronas and DMAS, as well as grace the stages of renowned Irish festivals such as Sea Sessions, Kaleidoscope, Electric Picnic, and events like Other Voices 2022 and Ireland Music Week 2022. They also had the honour of supporting Gavin James at the INEC for the second time. Currently, N.O.A.H is scheduled to perform their own shows in Ireland, the UK, and Germany later this year.
